Because our products are created using natural materials and handcrafted processes, including engraved slate, stone, wood, metal, and hand tie-dye techniques, each item may exhibit natural and artistic variations in color, texture, grain, surface markings, engraving tone, dye pattern, or pattern placement. These variations are inherent to the materials and processes used and are not considered defects.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Anavah Design Co reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Due to the nature of made-to-order and artisan products, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once an order has been accepted or production has begun.
If we need to modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which governs returns, replacements, and refunds.
You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
